Your alert relevance
DRMS should not use one fixed distance for every hazard. Relevance is based on hazard footprint, severity, location, saved people/areas, role and preferences.
Live-feed status
Official integrations are not yet connected in this public PWA.
The architecture is ready for official weather, warning and incident feeds. Until those integrations are verified, DRMS will not invent or independently declare emergencies.
Example only: A verified flood warning affecting a saved location could move a person from READY to WATCH and show recommended action. This is an example of behaviour, not a live alert.
